Our Booking Policies are as follows:

Lateness:

Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior the booking time for the briefing.

You will not be allowed into your game if you are 10 minutes late after the start time (the time you selected when booking)

Please contact the Horror Escape team at 02037958421 to inform them of any lateness as they may be able to book you in later depending on availability, please note you will still need to pay a rescheduling fee.

Refunds and Reschedules:

There are no refunds offered for any reasons. This includes if you miss your booking, book for the wrong date, arrive late or are missing players/ booked for the incorrect number of players.

For missing players we can send you a half price player voucher that can be redeemed for any future games.

If you give us a notice of 48 hours or more prior your original booking, we can reschedule your game free of charge (based on availability)

If you give us a notice of less than 48 hours prior to your original booking and we have availability at your chosen date and time, we can reschedule the game. This also applies to games booked for the wrong date.

If you’ve made a booking that is less than 48 hours in advance and you’ve selected the wrong date, contact us within an hour of making your booking and we can change it for free.

After that the fee for rescheduling is either:

1- £10 per player for Off Peak time slots

2- £15 per player for Peak time slots

Payment must be done on the day of rescheduling either in person or via a pay by link that will be send via email. Your new booking must within 6 months of your orginal booking date.

If you do not show up to your booking you have 24 hours to contact us to reschedule. After that period if you wish to rebook in you must pay the full amount

In case of the UK government restrictions under “lockdown law” and business must be closed, no refund is offered. Credit will be applied, and it can be redeemed for game with no date or time restriction.

Age Restrictions:

For Twisted Tales ages 10+ can play.

For Cabin Fever and Murder Mansion ages 12+ can play.

However any players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). The adult does not have to be in the room but must remain on site for the duration of the game.

16+ can play without an adult present.

Please be aware that you may be asked for ID, we cannot accept photos of ID and must be the physical copy. If you cannot prove you are over 16 then you will be refused entry and will not recieve a refund.
